This Erasmus course aims to raise awareness among participants about the importance of environmental conservation by using Galicia's natural parks as spaces for active and interdisciplinary learning. By integrating modern board games, the course combines the study of biodiversity, the ecological history of the region, and the development of transversal skills such as critical thinking, cooperation, and problem-solving. Participants will engage in interactive activities that connect their experiences in these natural environments with the mechanics and themes of various board games, fostering a deeper understanding of both
environmental issues and game design principles.

Learning Through Theater

Exploration of Vigo

  • Field Activity: A guided tour of Vigo, focusing on the city's blend of urban development and natural beauty, including visits to parks and coastal areas that illustrate the balance between urbanization and environmental preservation.

  • Board Game: "Suburbia" or "Between Two Cities," where participants explore the challenges and strategies involved in sustainable urban development. The game will allow participants to reflect on how urban planning impacts natural environments and the importance of green spaces in cities.
